We are a full-service internal medicine practice, and as your partner, we promise to do our best to help you achieve your best possible health. Our main focus is to help patients achieve and maintain their best possible state of health and physical well-being. We believe your healthcare is a partnership between you and your doctor, and we will do everything in our power to improve your health and well-being through frequent and transparent communication as well as an emphasis on preventive care.
Dr. Daniel McGrane is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has experience evaluating test results and suggesting necessary steps to improve or preserve patient health. Establishing a good baseline is essential to your care and allows your doctor to make determinations about future health problems and risks.
Preventive Care to Keep You Healthy
Dr. McGrane’s goal is to prevent you from getting sick in the first place. He will recommend lifestyle changes, routine physicals, wellness exams, better eating habits, exercise, and more to help you become and remain healthy. Our preventive care includes routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests to catch health problems early. If you or someone in your family suffers from a chronic illness, Dr. McGrane can help manage it and coordinate care with specialists in the area you need help in. For your convenience, we also provide many of our healthcare services via telemedicine visits.

April is a Floridian snow bird living in North Carolina half the year. She loves her fur babies, vegan vegetarian cooking, Amazon box shopping and lunching with friends. April is a facility Administrator experienced and skilled at managing everything medical. She has joined our family Internal Medicine practice because we needed her skill and expertise. April assists in the Drs. McGrane clinic as needed Tuesday and Wednesday as well as virtually. Thank you April for joining our team.
Vanette McGlawn - McGrane, MBA, MIB

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Vanette is an official Floridian and enjoys relaxing in St. Petersburg and traveling to France when not working. She has a master’s in business administration with a focus on health care management, as well as a master’s in international business. Caring for her parents and parents-in-law in Zephyrhills is a labor of love for Vanette. She assists the Drs. McGrane anytime needed.
