Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am – 2:30pm and Friday, 8am – 12pm.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Daniel W. McGrane, MD PA, and they will contact us.

At the office of Daniel W. McGrane, MD PA, we accept the following insurance plans:

Medicare, Aetna, Avmed, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Colonial Pen Life, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Humana PPO, Midwest Operating, Mutual of Omaha, Palmetto Railroad, Transamerica, Tricare, UMR, United American, United Health Care Supplement Insurance, and Prestige Health Choice.

For any other insurance you may have, please  contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (813) 788-7662 to find out if we accept your plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, and American Express.

At Daniel W. McGrane’s office in Zephyrhills, Florida, it is our policy to refill your regularly taken medications during your scheduled office visits.

We do not accept requests for prescription refills or medication changes over the phone or by fax from any pharmacy. All prescription refills or medication changes will be sent during a visit with Dr. McGrane by E-Scribe to your pharmacy of choice.

Prescription requests can be addressed by calling us at (813) 788-7662 to schedule your appointment.

We encourage you to schedule and keep routine appointments with your doctor, so your medical condition can be monitored, any necessary lab work can be completed or reviewed, and your prescriptions can be refilled on time. During these visits, Dr. McGrane will make sure you have enough medication to last until your next scheduled visit. Keeping these appointments can help you avoid interruptions in your medication therapy.

Schedule an appointment with Dr. McGrane as soon as possible if you are prescribed medication, but:

• Your condition has either not improved or gotten worse
• Your insurance carrier has denied coverage for the medication and you want to discuss other treatment options
• You are requesting the medication be sent to another pharmacy

When your doctor issues a prescription, your pharmacy can advise you on dosage and refills. This information is normally printed on the dispensing bottle. You may call Dr. McGrane’s office or your pharmacist about any questions you may have about your prescription.
